Order Cancellations

Because each piece is created or prepared specifically for your order:

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
• After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled, as packaging, shipping, or production may already be underway.
• For commissioned or custom artwork, cancellations are not accepted once the creative process has begun.
